XaBeat (pronounced ZA-beat) is a dance-fitness program that provides high-intensity cardio and toning in a party-like atmosphere. The routines are simple and easy to follow, but very effective. Participants sculpt their bodies and burn calories, while tapping into their inner sensuality, increasing their confidence, and having FUN!
